Oskar uses illustrations, based on photos, to show his team members in a consistent style.
Whenever a new employee joins his team, I receive a photo as template to illustrate. This photo does not need to meet any technical specifications. I receive material in different formats and with a big difference in quality. By using illustrations, Oskar does not have to gather his team members together for a joint photo shoot and may simply add new members’ illustrations to his team page.
